Pick a weekend that finishes at least two weeks before the date your court gave you. That leaves room if something goes sideways.
Don't wait for the last one
The weekend closest to a deadline fills first, and private rooms go earliest. Booking two months out costs the same as booking two weeks out.
You can move it if you have to
Call the office before the cancellation window and we'll move you to another weekend. Miss the window and the $125 deposit is forfeited.
